Montessori Training – Offered Through SIMS Partnership Alongside PIE Courses
The Montessori training track focuses on developing the whole child in the following areas:

- An interdisciplinary approach to the study of:
- geography (geology, chemistry, physics)
- biology (botany, zoology, ecology)
- history
- language
- mathematics (arithmetic, geometry, algebra)
- music
- art
Cost of Training
Please review course costs for students thoroughly before submitting your application:
- Total Tuition for Academic Year: $13,500
- Optional Philosophy of Indigenous Education Course: $1,700
- Application Fee: $150 (must be submitted with your Application)
- Tuition Deposit: $1000 tuition deposit is due upon enrollment.
AMI Montessori Primary teacher training in New Mexico!
- Bringing AMI training to New Mexico – Train online in our blended classes and practice in Albuquerque!
- Optional Philosophy of Indigenous Education program available to all students.
- SIMS AMI Primary trainer, Ann Velasco, will be the lead trainer for this course!
- Convenient evening classes broken into modules that allow for time to complete observation and practice teaching in New Mexico.
- In person sessions will be conducted in Albuquerque.
